Weight loss (breast enhancement and height increase)
I started my weight loss journey in January of this year.
Initially, I was 59 kg at a height of 158 cm, aiming to lose 1 kg per month.
By June, I reached my lowest weight of 48 kg.
However, during the summer job, the people there were very nice and insisted on buying me lunch and snacks because they thought I was too thin.
As a result, by September, I gained back to 51 kg, and after the Mid-Autumn Festival, I ended up at 53 kg.
Recently, I've been stuck between 52 and 51 kg.
Since early October, I've been seeing a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for acupuncture, but it doesn't seem to be effective.
In terms of diet, I avoid fried, braised, and grilled foods and don't eat much.
I want to reach a weight of 45 kg, but I feel it might be a bit challenging.
I also want to increase my breast size (currently a B cup), so I'm concerned about gaining some weight afterward.
Therefore, I set a goal to reach 45 kg and then allow myself to gain up to 47 kg.
Regarding my height, I would like to reach a maximum of 165 cm, but I wonder if that's impossible.
I started menstruating in the fourth grade (at 158 cm) and fluctuated between 160 and 158 cm throughout middle school, ultimately settling at 158 cm.
For the three points mentioned above, how should I adjust my lifestyle habits or regimen, and what order should I follow to achieve these goals? Is it possible to work on all of them simultaneously?

To grow taller, one must consider bone age; if the growth plates have already fused, it is essentially impossible to increase height.
Wanting to enhance breast size while also aiming to lose weight is fundamentally conflicting.
If one is still in the developmental stage, it is not advisable to excessively diet or use medications to force weight loss.
During the developmental years, this can easily disrupt the endocrine system's function.
The best approach is to combine exercise with dietary control, as a natural method will be healthier and more sustainable.

More Info
Achieving weight loss, breast growth, and height increase simultaneously can be quite challenging, especially when considering the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the physiological aspects of growth and body composition. Let's break down your goals and explore how you might approach them.
Weight Loss
You've made significant progress in your weight loss journey, dropping from 59 kg to 48 kg. However, it's important to recognize that weight fluctuations are normal, especially when external factors like social situations (e.g., friends offering food) come into play. Your goal of reaching 45 kg may be achievable, but it’s crucial to approach this in a healthy and sustainable manner. Rapid weight loss can lead to muscle loss and metabolic slowdown, making it harder to maintain your desired weight in the long run.
In TCM, weight management often involves balancing the body's energy (Qi) and addressing any underlying imbalances. Consider consulting with a TCM practitioner who can provide personalized herbal remedies and dietary recommendations tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating regular physical activity, such as strength training and cardiovascular exercises, can also help you maintain muscle mass while losing fat.
Breast Growth
Breast size is largely determined by genetics, hormonal levels, and body fat percentage. While TCM offers various herbal remedies that are believed to promote breast growth, such as fenugreek and papaya, it's essential to understand that these methods may not yield significant results for everyone. Additionally, losing weight can sometimes lead to a reduction in breast size, as breasts are composed of fatty tissue.
If you are concerned about breast size while pursuing weight loss, consider focusing on exercises that strengthen the pectoral muscles, such as push-ups and chest presses. This can enhance the appearance of your breasts without necessarily increasing body fat.
Height Increase
Regarding height, it’s important to note that growth plates typically close after puberty, which means that significant height increases are unlikely after this period. Since you mentioned that your height has stabilized around 158 cm since you started menstruating, it is probable that your growth plates have closed. While some factors like posture and spinal alignment can influence your perceived height, substantial increases in height are generally not feasible after a certain age.
Integrating Your Goals
To effectively integrate your goals of weight loss, breast growth, and height increase, consider the following strategies:
1. Balanced Diet: Focus on a nutrient-dense diet that supports your overall health. Include lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid extreme dieting, as it can disrupt hormonal balance and affect breast development.
2. Regular Exercise: Engage in a mix of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. This not only aids in weight loss but also promotes overall body health and can enhance muscle tone, including in the chest area.
3. Consult Professionals: Work with a TCM practitioner for herbal remedies and dietary advice tailored to your needs. Additionally, consider consulting a nutritionist or dietitian to help create a sustainable eating plan that aligns with your weight loss goals.
4. Mindfulness and Stress Management: Stress can impact hormonal balance and overall health. Practices such as yoga, meditation, or tai chi can help manage stress and promote a sense of well-being.
5. Realistic Expectations: Set achievable goals and be patient with your progress. Focus on overall health and well-being rather than just numbers on a scale.
In conclusion, while it may be challenging to achieve all three goals simultaneously, a holistic approach that incorporates TCM principles, balanced nutrition, and regular exercise can help you work towards your desired outcomes in a healthy and sustainable manner. Remember, the journey to health is often more important than the destination.
