I have an allergic constitution and have been suffering from urticaria for a long time, so I continuously take a quarter of an antihistamine daily.
I also follow my doctor's advice to consume LP33 yogurt and Ambifly powder, and I make yogurt with probiotics to strengthen my weakened gastrointestinal function.
Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome.
Will the aforementioned medications and foods worsen my condition?

Antihistamines, however, may exacerbate dry symptoms, especially traditional antihistamines.
