I have been experiencing significant mental stress for over a month, worrying constantly.
In the last two weeks, I have started to feel fatigued and have the impression that I am not getting enough sleep.
Surprisingly, I have lost 7 kg in this month.
What could be the issue? I have undergone an upper endoscopy, which showed mild ulcers, and I also had a duodenal bleed.
However, both a colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasound were normal.
