Hello, Doctor! I have been diagnosed with high blood sugar issues for 12 years and have been under medical follow-up.
Recently, due to my pregnancy, I have been monitoring my blood sugar levels before and after meals.
My fasting blood sugar levels in the morning range from 77 to 95, but my postprandial levels vary significantly, with a low of 108 and a high of 218 (I drink freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast).
For example, after eating a steamed bun with homemade sesame soy milk, my blood sugar reached 204, and after half a cup of plum honey flower tea, a few bites of oil rice, and some cabbage, it peaked at 166.
