What can you eat with esophageal ulcers?

I have been diagnosed with an esophageal ulcer due to chest pain, and it has been four days.
I am tired of drinking Ensure and really want to start eating normal food.
The doctor only advised me to consume "cold soft foods." Could you please tell me what I can eat? I have thought of a few options: (1) dumplings, (2) buns or soup dumplings, (3) bread, (4) oden (Japanese hot pot), (5) congee with gluten.
Are any of these acceptable for me to eat? If there are other options I can consider, I would appreciate it if the nutritionist could let me know what I can eat.
Thank you.

Dr. Fan Chunmei reply Nutrition

Hello, esophageal ulcers generally recommend a diet consisting of mild, easily digestible, and soft-textured foods while avoiding spicy and irritating foods, such as caffeinated beverages, chocolate, citrus fruits, and fried foods.
Soft foods like porridge, dumplings, fine noodles, toast, milk, soft rice, soy milk, eggs, steamed fish, tofu, and fresh fruits and vegetables can help repair damaged tissues and promote ulcer healing.
Wishing you health and happiness! Sincerely, Dietitian Fan Chun-Mei, Director of the Nutrition Department, Taoyuan Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare.
