Muscle tension, allergies, and cervical spine involvement?

Wang! I have been experiencing this issue for six months, which has significantly impacted my work and daily life.
Here are my symptoms:

Increased Anxiety: I have a high level of work-related stress, leading to tightness in the muscles of my shoulders, neck, and the back of my head.
When I encounter stress, anxiety, or cold weather, these muscle groups tense up, causing a feeling of pressure in my head.

Severe Allergies: During allergy season, the tightness in the muscles at the back of my head causes the secretions from my allergies to become trapped, accumulating in my skull and resulting in dizziness and a feeling of pressure and headache.
Although performing some head stretches and massages around the Fengchi point can help the secretions drain down as mucus, it is not feasible to do these exercises during work or meetings, so the accumulated secretions significantly affect my work.

Cervical Compression: Long-term poor posture (forward head posture) has led to impaired blood flow and oxygen deficiency to my head.
This was exacerbated by a heavy workload last year and incorrect posture, which also caused dizziness and headaches.
The combination of these factors—stress, muscle tension, and excessive secretions due to allergies—has compounded my condition.
Eventually, it became severe enough to disrupt my sleep, weakening my body further and increasing my work-related stress, creating a vicious cycle that is difficult to endure.
