I don't know if I am myself?


I often find myself not knowing who I am, and I suddenly forget who is speaking.
I question whether the current version of myself is truly me; it feels as if I am inside another person's body, yet this is supposed to be my body.
Everything feels so unreal.
I've had this feeling since childhood, as if I am not the owner of this body.
I'm going crazy.
