Severe tear after an ankle sprain?


After suffering a strain on the dorsum of my foot at the end of June this year, I have had difficulty walking.
I initially thought resting in bed would help, so I relied on lying down for recovery.
However, since only my heel was in contact with the bed while the rest of my foot was elevated, there was a counterforce that, combined with the tension in my body, caused the injury to spread from the original site, resulting in multiple tears in the dorsum, ankle, and sole of my foot.
Due to the inconvenience of traveling far to see a doctor, I only received five PRP injections locally, but the results have been limited.
Currently, I feel that lying down is the biggest issue.
However, I also have injuries in my gluteal and piriformis muscles, which prevent me from sitting (it causes pain) or lying on my side (it also causes pain).
I am wondering if there are any aids, equipment, or methods that can reduce the pressure on my foot and dorsum while lying down.
Can I wear a walking boot while lying down?
