The liver is our organ for digestion and metabolism, and if food is hard to digest (such as fried foods or large amounts of meat and fish), it will increase the liver's workload.
Additionally, various additives in processed foods can also increase the metabolic burden on the liver.
Therefore, it is best to consume fresh, easily digestible foods with minimal processing and additives, while avoiding smoked or moldy foods (such as barbecued items, stinky tofu, fermented tofu, or pickled foods).
For breakfast, a cup of milk or soy milk is good, and you can have either Chinese or Western staples, adding a slice of meat or an egg for sufficient nutrition.
