Will eating guava cause stomach ulcers?


I have a question.
I am currently trying to lose weight.
I am 166 cm tall and weigh 52 kg.
For breakfast, I have been eating guava and Diet Coke every day for a long time.
Occasionally, I drink milk, but it makes me have diarrhea.
I heard that eating guava on an empty stomach is not good for the stomach.
