Will I still grow taller in the future if I am not growing now?


If I exercised regularly, supplemented with calcium, and had no habit of staying up late when I was 20 years old, but still did not grow taller, does that mean I will not grow any taller? Will I still not grow taller at 21, 22, or even 23 years old? Or is it possible that even if I am not growing taller now, I may still have a chance to grow in the future?

Hello: Whether one can still grow taller depends on whether the growth plates in the bones have fused.
If they have fused, it is unlikely that further height increase will occur.
In the absence of bone data, we can engage in certain exercises (such as jumping rope, playing basketball, and swimming) and make dietary adjustments to stimulate growth.
