Hello! Cigarettes contain dozens of harmful substances, and the combustion of tobacco produces over 4,000 compounds that can be dispersed into the air and inhaled into lung tissue.
These compounds include nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, tobacco tar, and other chemical components, including dozens of irritants and over 40 carcinogens.
Smoking harbors many toxins in the body, leading to oxidative stress, which rapidly depletes the body's antioxidants such as vitamin C.
