Arm numbness and tingling?


Hello Doctor: About a month ago, I had a stiff neck, and after it resolved, I started experiencing soreness and numbness in my left arm.
The discomfort is lessened when I raise my arm, but it becomes more pronounced when I lower it.
It is especially worse at night if I press against the area near my shoulder blade (the "Gao Huang" point).
