Diet for Blood Sugar Control
Hello, nutritionist.
I would like to control my blood sugar, so my eating order is to eat vegetables first, then meat, and finally a small amount of whole grains.
However, sometimes after eating the vegetables (about two to three fist-sized portions) and meat, I find it difficult to eat the whole grains.
Is it okay not to force myself to eat the grains? Also, is a large tomato (beefsteak tomato) considered a vegetable or a fruit? I'm unsure which category to place it in when calculating portions.
