Missed menstrual period for two months?

I started having sexual intercourse with my boyfriend about half a month ago, and now it has been nearly two months since my last period.
He did not use a condom, and he always pulls out before ejaculation.
What are the chances of getting pregnant this way? I've heard that when boys first start having sex, they might unintentionally release some pre-ejaculate fluid; could this lead to pregnancy? Additionally, I have experienced periods of nearly two months without menstruation even before I started having sexual intercourse.
Could there be any issues? I often suffer from headaches and nausea (even before I started having sex), and multiple doctors have said there is nothing wrong.
Because the pain is severe, I need to take strong painkillers.
Could taking these medications affect my menstrual cycle? Am I possibly pregnant?

When it comes to a missed period for two months, especially after recently engaging in sexual activity, it’s understandable to be concerned about the possibility of pregnancy. Based on the information provided, there are several factors to consider regarding your situation.

Firstly, the method of contraception you described—withdrawal or "pulling out"—is not a foolproof method of preventing pregnancy. While it can reduce the likelihood of pregnancy, it is not 100% effective. Pre-ejaculate fluid, which can be released before ejaculation, may contain sperm. Therefore, even if your boyfriend withdraws before ejaculation, there is still a risk of pregnancy due to this fluid.
Given that you have missed your period for two months, it is advisable to take a home pregnancy test. These tests are designed to detect the hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), which is produced during pregnancy. If the test is positive, it would confirm pregnancy. If it is negative and you still do not get your period, it would be wise to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

Regarding your previous menstrual irregularities, it is not uncommon for women to experience variations in their menstrual cycles due to various factors such as stress, hormonal imbalances, or changes in lifestyle. If you have a history of missed periods prior to engaging in sexual activity, it may indicate an underlying issue that should be addressed. Conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders, or other hormonal imbalances can affect menstrual regularity.

You mentioned experiencing headaches and vomiting, which you have experienced even before becoming sexually active. These symptoms could be related to various factors, including hormonal fluctuations, stress, or even side effects from medications you may be taking for pain relief. Some medications can indeed affect your menstrual cycle, either by delaying it or causing irregularities. It is essential to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider, as they can help determine if there is a connection between your medication and your menstrual irregularities.

In summary, while there is a possibility of pregnancy given your recent sexual activity, the effectiveness of withdrawal as a contraceptive method is not guaranteed. Taking a home pregnancy test will provide clarity on that front. Additionally, considering your history of missed periods and other symptoms, it is crucial to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying health issues and to discuss the impact of any medications you are taking on your menstrual cycle. Your health and well-being are paramount, and a healthcare professional can provide the necessary guidance and support.
