Hello, I started experiencing a dull pain in my lower back at the end of October, and the discomfort persisted without much change until December.
In mid-December, I began to feel stiffness and soreness in my back, lower back, and neck, making it uncomfortable to maintain any position.
I consulted a Western medicine doctor who prescribed muscle relaxants and pain relievers, but the symptoms did not improve.
I also visited a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and tried cupping and topical treatments, yet the symptoms remained.
I receive massages weekly and soak in hot springs every two days; while the soreness temporarily disappears after a massage, it returns the next day.
This week, the pain has become quite unbearable.
I began a weight loss journey in September, starting at 92 kg, and by December 18, my weight was 79.6 kg.
During the weight loss process, my diet was normal, with only fruit replacing dinner, and I drink about 2500 cc of water daily.
