Hello, a few days ago I noticed that I have been sleeping in almost the same position.
When I wake up and stretch my right arm, I feel a tight pain in the inner part of my right chest.
During those days, I also did some exercises, such as raising both arms overhead and then performing a movement where I lift one leg while twisting my arms and waist to the left and right.
