Lower back pain, unable to bend over?


Hello, I have severe pain in my lower back, with the right side being slightly more painful than the left.
Initially, I couldn't sit for long, needing support after about 5-10 minutes.
The pain has progressively worsened, making it difficult to bend over or sit, and sometimes I can't even stand up, only able to lie flat.
The pain is worse at night than in the morning.
As of today, I also started feeling soreness in the most prominent bone in my lower back.
This has been happening for about a week, and I haven't engaged in any intense physical activity during this time.
