Regarding the calculation of the CSI value?


Recently, while reading some nutrition books, I came across a term called CSI in relation to lipids.

Hello! The CSI value, which stands for Cholesterol Saturation Index, is calculated using the following formula: 1.01 × the amount of saturated fatty acids in food (grams) + 0.05 × the amount of cholesterol in food (milligrams).
