Sincere gratitude?
Dear Nutritionist Liu Qiaoyun,
Thank you for sending me the food calorie calculation and portion chart.
However, I live in Malaysia, which makes it a bit inconvenient! Could you please provide me with a website address where I can find this information? (I would also like to request a food exchange list to estimate calories and macronutrients.) Currently, our government has not fully provided comprehensive medical consultation services, and I sincerely appreciate the public service provided by your country's Ministry of Health and various professional physicians in offering medical consultation services.
My address is: 6-D, Taman Setia, Kampong Baru, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia.

Hello, I think I will still send you the relevant information, because although the ingredients of these basic foods (about one or two hundred types!) are publicly available (you can roughly estimate them if you understand the principles), if there are thousands of food items, that would be in books that need to be purchased (which should be copyrighted).
If you need to look up related information, you can check the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
The Ministry also publishes books for sale.
As for other websites, while there are many services, they mainly focus on nutrition questions.
There are many types of food, and organizing the data takes time; I currently do not know of any website that offers free services.
If you find one, please let me know! In Taiwan, many supermarkets have ingredient analysis and calorie information on the packaging of their food products.
You can refer to that when you eat.
When I send the information, I will teach you how to calculate your required calories and distribution methods to avoid losing weight but becoming malnourished.
I hope this helps you.
Wishing you peace, health, and happiness.

More Info
Dear Ms. Ong Kok Shoo,
Thank you for reaching out and expressing your gratitude for the nutritional guidance you are seeking. It’s commendable that you are taking proactive steps towards understanding nutrition better, especially given the challenges you face in accessing comprehensive healthcare services in your country.
In response to your request for resources from Taiwan, I recommend visiting the official website of Taiwan's Department of Health. They provide a wealth of information regarding nutrition, including dietary guidelines, food composition databases, and educational materials that can assist you in understanding various nutrients and their sources. Specifically, you can explore the "Taiwan Food Composition Database," which offers detailed information on the nutritional content of a wide range of foods. This database is regularly updated to reflect the most current data available.
For your specific needs regarding food exchange lists and estimating caloric intake along with macronutrient distribution, I suggest looking into resources such as the "Dietary Guidelines for Taiwanese Adults" and other educational materials available on the Department of Health's website. These resources often include practical tools that can help you make informed dietary choices.
Additionally, if you are looking for specific food exchange lists, you might consider checking out reputable nutrition textbooks or online platforms that focus on dietary management. Many nutritionists and dietitians publish their resources online, which can be beneficial for individuals seeking to manage their diets effectively.
Regarding your interest in obtaining printed materials such as food caloric calculations and portion size charts, I understand that mailing these resources to Malaysia may pose some logistical challenges. Therefore, I encourage you to utilize online resources as much as possible. Websites like the USDA FoodData Central or the World Health Organization's nutrition section can provide valuable insights and tools for calculating caloric intake and understanding macronutrient distributions.
It’s also worth noting that while the healthcare system in your country may not fully provide the services you desire, there are numerous online communities and forums where individuals share their experiences and knowledge about nutrition. Engaging with these communities can provide additional support and resources.
Lastly, I commend you for your appreciation of the public health initiatives provided by Taiwan's Department of Health and its professionals. Their commitment to offering free medical consultations and nutritional guidance is indeed a valuable resource for many individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your health journey is important, and I wish you the best in your pursuit of nutritional knowledge and well-being.
Warm regards,
