Fresh milk with lemon?
Hello: I would like to ask if adding lemon to fresh milk causes the milk to curdle...
will this affect the body's absorption of the nutrients in the milk? Or can both of these foods still provide their nutritional benefits when consumed together? Will there be any negative effects? I really enjoy this combination...
so I want to know if it's harmful to consume it this way.
Also, I haven't noticed any curdling in the milk...

Each protein has a different isoelectric point, and when the pH changes, certain proteins reach their isoelectric point.
At this point, the solubility of the protein decreases, leading to precipitation.
Therefore, when acidic lemon juice is added to milk, the proteins form curds.
