How to increase height?


I am a student in a five-year vocational program, and I am currently in my first year of college.
My height is around 154 cm, and I have not grown much taller.
My weight is 46 kg, which is normal, but I am very concerned about my height.
Is it still possible for me to grow taller at this height? Every time I see advertisements on TV, I can't help but want to buy the products, but I am also afraid of potential side effects, so I haven't purchased anything.

Hello: Generally speaking, girls tend to reach their full height between the ages of 12 and 16, while boys may continue to grow until around 20 years old.
However, there is significant individual variation.
Scientifically, this can be assessed by measuring whether the growth plates in the bones have fused; once the growth plates are fused, it becomes difficult to increase height.
Products advertised on television seem to be ineffective.
The best approach remains proper nutrition and exercise, including adequate intake of nutrients and calcium, along with regular physical activities such as jumping rope, playing basketball, and swimming!
