Hello, I have been troubled by edema for about five to six years.
I am 162 cm tall and weigh approximately 85 kg.
Every morning when I wake up, I experience full-body swelling, which sometimes takes until the afternoon to subside.
I have had multiple blood tests, but they all came back normal.
Later, I consulted a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner who suggested that it might be due to uterine issues, with insufficient menstrual flow causing blockages.
Others have mentioned that it could be related to chronic sleep deprivation, as I work from 9 AM to midnight.
I usually wake up around 7:30 AM and go to bed around 1 to 2 AM, waking up once or twice during the night.
What can I do to alleviate my edema? How can I improve my diet? I am afraid of taking medication, as every time I stop, the swelling becomes even worse.
