Hello! The standard weight range for adolescents aged 11 to 18 should be determined based on their height.
Since I do not know your height, I will list the ideal weight ranges for several heights in the table below:
- Height 145 cm: Ideal weight range 41.5 to 51 kg
- Height 150 cm: Ideal weight range 44.5 to 54.5 kg
- Height 155 cm: Ideal weight range 47.5 to 58 kg
- Height 160 cm: Ideal weight range 50.5 to 62 kg
- Height 165 cm: Ideal weight range 54 to 66 kg
- Height 170 cm: Ideal weight range 57 to 70 kg
- Height 175 cm: Ideal weight range 60.5 to 74 kg
- Height 180 cm: Ideal weight range 64 to 78.5 kg
- Height 185 cm: Ideal weight range 68 to 83 kg
