175 grams of cherry tomatoes (approximately 23 pieces) also contains 62 calories, 2.5 grams of protein, 2.3 grams of fat, 9.5 grams of carbohydrates, 1254 RE of vitamin A, 117 milligrams of vitamin C, and 2.5 grams of dietary fiber (data source: Nutritional Atlas of Common Foods in Taiwan).
However, there are many varieties of tomatoes that are classified as vegetables due to their low sugar content.
Pregnant women should aim to consume 2 to 3 servings of fruit daily, with each serving containing approximately 60 calories.
